Sonya and I have worked together on the following initiatives:
1. Whilst Sonya was the Business Manager for a large reprocessing programme at Sellafield Ltd and I reported into Sonya from a Risk Management perspective.
2. In a newly mobilised team set up to deliver the people change element of a SAP HCM project, whereby Sonya was a BCM and I was a Change Practitioner.
Sonya is highly seasoned and effective in the business, change and programme management arenas. She is able to ‘command the room’, facilitate discussions and enable understanding of issues and respective solutions in order to drive resolution(s).
Sonya’s business background ensures problems are distilled with quantitative underpinning and met with qualitative reasoning, ensuring the correct issues are identified whilst catering for multiple reporting needs/styles, enabling maximum stakeholder buy-in.
