A Bit About Me

I am the Lead Coach and I provide coaching and consultancy to businesses that are in need of Transformational Change.  I have facilitated workshops  since 2018 mainly covering aspects of Programme Management, i.e. Benefits Mapping and complexity assessments.  Online, I also provide one to one  encouragement and coaching to employees who may be new to the world of Projects. Programme, Change or Business Management.

I have also developed a blog to help small businesses.  Through my blog, I share my extensive experiences gained through a lifetime of business, programme and project corporate work, all of which are backed up with appropriate qualifications, and which have me to be where I am today, the Lead Coach. I am now semi-retired but I can be teased out of retirement and away from the Golf Course for the right challenge.

My aim is to help enterprises flourish by providing on-line, virtual coaching and facilitation of workshops to contribute to its development in delivering Transformational Change.

I also post insightful blogs and useful step by step guides, while building a supportive community.  My blog is driven by my passion for sharing knowledge and my instinctive nature to solve problems.   I use my blog as a platform for sharing and I offer encouragement and practical steps to take.  Unlike many bloggers who may focus on self-promotion, I believe its not about quantity of hits but about quality of engagement. I prioritise empowerment. My main goal is to help others succeed. I firmly believe that knowledge should be accessible to all. By sharing my journey and experiences, these businesses can learn and navigate their own paths.

However, I am not an administrator nor a hand-holder, my blogs are more likely to steer you into making sound business decisions. A guide through the muddy waters of terminology, tips and techniques, step by step guides for being as effective in your business as possible.

The influence of my blog reaches well beyond simple coaching. My commitment to empowering professionals and for anyone seeking guidance, inspiration and problem-solving on their business journey, my blog exists to give you hope and practical help.
