A Bit About Me

Hi there, I’m Sonya, the Lead Coach over at Biz Savvy. I’m all about helping businesses shake things up and make some serious transformational changes. Since 2018, I’ve been running workshops that dive into Programme Management stuff like Benefits Mapping and complexity assessments. Plus, I do one-on-one coaching online for workers who are just stepping into the project game—whether it’s Programme, Change, or Business Management.

I’ve also got a blog where I drop knowledge bombs to help out small businesses. I’m sharing all the lessons I’ve learned from a lifetime hustling in the corporate world, backed by some solid qualifications that got me here as the Lead Coach at Biz Savvy. I’m kind of semi-retired now, but if the right challenge comes along, you might just see me trading my golf clubs for some business strategy sessions.

My mission? To help businesses thrive with online coaching and workshops that drive transformational change. I’m all about sharing insights through my blog and creating a supportive community. I’m passionate about spreading knowledge and solving problems. Unlike many bloggers out there just chasing clicks, I focus on real engagement and empowerment. My goal is simple: I want to see you succeed. I believe everyone should have access to knowledge, and by sharing my journey, I aim to help businesses carve out their own paths.

But let’s keep it real— my blog is all about guiding you to make smart business choices. Think of it as your compass through the messy waters of business jargon, tips, and step-by-step techniques to help you get the most out of your hustle.

The impact of my blog goes way beyond just coaching. I’m committed to empowering anyone looking for guidance, inspiration, and problem-solving on their business journey. My blog is here to give you hope and practical help.

In my quest to support businesses, I’ve spotted some gaps in knowledge. So, I’ve whipped up a bunch of small guides on different topics to help fill those gaps. You can check them out on the home page. And guess what? I’ve just kicked off a new venture to help small businesses in France that offer services and products in English get noticed. It’s a website connecting English speakers, and I’m super excited about it!
