Biz Savvy reserves the right to withdraw services which are non-compliant with our policies.

Businesses engage with Biz Savvy at their own discretion and risk. Biz Savvy is not responsible for any:

• Loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of our service;

• Financial or contractual disputes between businesses and third parties;

• Service quality or outcomes provided Biz Savvy

Our role is strictly that of business support..

 

6. Reviews and User Content

Users may post reviews and feedback about Biz Savvy .By submitting content, users grant Biz Savvy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content. We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that is:

• Defamatory, false, or offensive;

• Spam, promotional, or irrelevant;• In breach of applicable laws or our community guidelines.

• Pay fees as outlined on the platform;

• Ensure timely renewal to maintain service;

• Understand that fees are non-refundable once any recommendations are implemented,  published, unless otherwise stated. Biz Savvy reserves the right to adjust fees with reasonable notice.

All trademarks, logos, design elements, and content on the platform (except user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Biz Savvy or its licensors. Users and businesses may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
